Schools & Harvest

Currently most of the food we give away is purchased by members of the public from supermarkets or donated by local schools, churches and local businesses.

Are you doing a Harvest Collection?

What do we need?

Non-perishable food please

For donations to the warehouse the food items must all be boxed up. We can accept plastic bags, but food in bags must be also boxed. This makes items easier to transport when collecting.

Cardboard boxes are fine. But we can supply plastic crates to box food in and then deliver back to us. To obtain crates from Readifood please call the office 0118 9872672 or email admin@readifood.org.uk

Upon receipt of the donations we will weigh them and send out a certificate with the total weight to your school along with a thank you letter.

Delivery to us must please be arranged in advance, by calling the office or emailing.

A collection by ReadiFood, may also be booked please contact the office in advance.
